Choose between strength-based mobility or slow, restorative stretching—each session is intentionally designed to help you feel stronger, improve range of motion, and develop a level of mind-muscle consciousness to give you a deep understanding of your body . Guided by a licensed massage therapist and certified yoga instructor who understands the body.
